Fahm (“the app”) is a vocabulary learning tool for Quranic Arabic and Salah. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and your rights.

Data Stored on Your Device

Fahm stores your learning progress — including words learned, lesson completion, quiz results, bookmarked verses, and app settings — locally on your device. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly share it. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes this data.

Third-Party API Calls

To deliver content, the app makes network requests to the following services:

These requests include only the content required (surah/verse numbers, word keys). No personal identifiers are sent.

Account Data

If you create an account, your email address is stored securely via Supabase and is used only to authenticate your session and sync your progress across devices. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.

Pro Subscriptions

If you purchase a Pro subscription, payment is processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Fahm does not collect, store, or have access to your payment information.

Analytics and Tracking

Fahm does not use any analytics services, advertising networks, or tracking technologies. We do not track your usage behaviour.

Children's Privacy

Fahm does not knowingly collect any data from children under 13. The app contains no advertisements and requires no personal information beyond an optional account email.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected with an updated date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
